The Opportunity

This is a high-priority hire supporting high-volume commercial contracts to work for a integral client base that includes founders, high-growth companies, and institutional platforms. This role offers direct ownership of client relationships and counterparty negotiations within a fully remote, modern law firm structure.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the drafting and negotiation of a high-volume pipeline of commercial agreements, specifically including NDAs, master services agreements, vendor arrangements,



and technology transactions, ensuring rapid turnaround and strict adherence to internal playbooks.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure the strategic application of legal playbooks and agentic workflows, navigating cross-border commercial considerations as required.
- Drive AI-powered process automation across legal and operational functions. Identify inefficiencies, deploy scalable solutions, and raise the AI fluency bar firm-wide.
- Identify and mitigate confidentiality and commercial risks within standard transactions, spotting non-standard terms and escalating complex issues outside the established playbook.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal deal teams and stakeholders to ensure rapid contract turnaround and alignment on negotiation strategy.
- Manage a demanding, high-volume workflow in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, delivering exceptional accuracy without sacrificing speed.
