Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Application Support or Production Support for Python-based applications.
- Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, Linux/Unix, REST APIs, and scripting.
- Experience supporting applications hosted in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow.
- Solid understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management, and ITIL best practices.
- Experience using application monitoring, logging, and observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, ELK, or similar).
- Ability to analyze application logs, identify root causes, and troubleshoot production issues efficiently.
- Experience participating in continuous improvement initiatives and operational process optimization.
- Strong analytical,



customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in fast-paced, production-critical environments.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
- Advanced English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Python-based applications in production environments, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and production issues while meeting established SLAs.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurring incidents.
- Monitor application health and performance using monitoring and logging tools.
