Position Summary
As a Buyer, you are responsible for supporting the procurement process by processing requisitions, issuing RFQs, and ensuring timely delivery of components.




You will work under the supervision of more experienced team members, assisting in negotiations, monitoring supplier performance, and resolving basic issues that arise such as working collaboratively to resolve accounts payable/receivable discrepancies, while contributing to cost management efforts.
Your role focuses on learning and applying procurement fundamentals while developing the ability to handle increasingly complex tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Support: assist with processing purchase requisitions in a timely manner and support the ordering of materials through RFQs to suppliers. Handle return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) and expedite or adjust orders to align with production demands. Supports accounts payable/receivable discrepancies through detailed analysis and problem-solving.
Supplier Interaction: Track and ensure timely delivery of components from suppliers. Help monitor supplier performa
