We are seeking an Executive Program Manager – Oracle Enterprise Integration, a highly experienced executive-level leader capable of taking ownership of a large-scale Oracle integration program, driving recovery efforts, restoring governance, mitigating delivery risks, and ensuring successful execution across multiple business and technology workstreams.
This role requires:
15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, program management, and large-scale integration initiatives.
Strong Oracle ecosystem expertise, including Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud, HCM, EPM, OCI, and OIC.
Proven success leading complex multinational transformation programs and recovering underperforming or high-risk initiatives.
Executive presence with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives, business leaders, technology teams, Oracle, and strategic partners.
Native-level English communication skills.
