What you will do:

Manage facility improvement, construction, and preventive/corrective maintenance for airport offices and warehouses. Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and structural standards in high-traffic aviation environments. Lead and administrate diverse construction and structural modifications projects.

Who You Are:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Industrial Engineering.
Possess an advanced English proficiency level (spoken and written).




Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in corporate or industrial construction and maintenance management, or other relevant facilities experience.
Exhibit deep knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and project management tools. AUTOCAD is a must.
Show proven ability to coordinate, deal and negotiate with cross-functional teams, suppliers and external contractors under strict deadlines.
Availability to work in Cancún and constant traveling.
