Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of high-impact visual assets across digital and print channels, including display ads, email campaigns, social media graphics, presentations, print collateral, and landing pages.
- Translate business goals and stakeholder requirements into strategic creative concepts and actionable design solutions.
- Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and user experience best practices.
- Partner with marketing teams, copywriters, subject matter experts,



and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver visually compelling campaigns that support business objectives.
- Provide creative leadership, mentorship, and quality assurance to junior Visual Specialists, fostering design excellence and consistency across projects.
- Lead design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high standards for creative execution.
- Champion strategic thinking and design integrity while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage project workflows from concept through final delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely execution.

Technical Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Visual Design with a portfolio showcasing both digital and print marketing work.
- Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.).
- Experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar Content Management Systems.
