Job Purpose

Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance and optimization of automation and control systems to ensure that production lines, utilities, and facility equipment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in automation, instrumentation, and control technologies to support site performance, safety,



and sustainability.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage automation and control activities, including Delta V, PLC, SCADA, DCS, and instrumentation maintenance and programming.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for automation systems to minimize downtime and ensure process reliability.
- Support operations and maintenance teams in troubleshooting and resolving automation‑related issues in production, utilities, and safety systems (Interlocks).
- Lead control system upgrades and integration projects in collaboration with engineering and IT departments.
- Monitor and analyse system performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure documentation, backup, and version control of automation programs, interlocks and configurations.
- Manage contractor performance for automation‑related services and ensure compliance with
