Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry to lead the commercial strategy for our Monterrey facility. The successful candidate will possess a well-established network within large OEM organizations and demonstrate the ability to convert those relationships into profitable and sustainable business opportunities.

This role will be responsible for driving new business development, managing key accounts, and expanding the company's presence in target markets. The adecuado candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales within manufacturing environments, exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, and demonstrated success in securing and growing strategic partnerships with OEMs.

We are looking for a strategic and proactive individual who is comfortable engaging with decision-makers at all levels of large manufacturing organizations, identifying opportunities, and developing long-term business relationships. A strong understanding of OEM sales processes, supply chain dynamics,



and manufacturing operations is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Leverage and expand an existing network of OEM decision-makers, procurement leaders, engineering teams, and supply chain professionals to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new accounts within target markets.
- Conduct customer visits, on-site presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and operations teams to align customer requirements with manufacturing capabilities.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and participate in contract negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM records.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities
