Remote Customer Service & Client Relations Specialist

Join Our Team at APRINTCOAPRINTCO is looking for a high-energy, dependable Customer Service & Client Relations Specialist who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and keeping projects organized.
This is not a passive customer service position. We are looking for a motivated team member who will actively connect with our existing customers, strengthen those relationships, and encourage clients to continue working with us.
You will also help process orders, communicate with our U.S.-based team, monitor production deadlines, and make sure every customer receives timely and professional service.
What You’ll Do
- Make approximately 50 outbound calls per day to existing and previous customers.
- Build stronger relationships with our client base.
- Follow up with inactive customers and encourage them to place new orders.
- Answer customer questions by phone and email.
- Assist customers with product options, pricing, turnaround times, and order requirements.
- Enter, update, and review customer orders accurately.




- Coordinate with our customer service and production teams in the United States.
- Track active orders and help ensure jobs are completed on schedule.
- Communicate delays, artwork issues, or order changes clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with customers after orders are completed.
- Maintain accurate notes, customer records, and follow-up information.
- Help resolve customer concerns while creating a positive experience.
