Role Summary

The Marketing Associate will support the integral marketing team across a wide range of initiatives, including PR, communications, events, campaign development, and social media. The ideal candidate has strong communications and organizational skills who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced global environment and can help execute integrated marketing programs that support business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity to be exposed to and gain hands‑on experience with a wide range of marketing disciplines.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate logistics and marketing support for events, webinars, conferences, and sponsorships, including timelines, deliverables, and follow‑up activities.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, events, PR, social, email).
- Draft, edit, and proofread marketing content including email copy, website copy, social media posts, event materials, and internal communications.




- Help manage the social media calendar, draft posts, coordinate approvals, and track performance metrics.
- Support campaign development by coordinating inputs from stakeholders, organizing briefs, tracking status, and helping ensure on‑time delivery.
- Maintain organized documentation, project trackers, and shared resources for the marketing team to enable efficient collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across regions and functions, ensuring alignment on messages, brand standards, and timelines.
- Assist with marketing reporting and basic analytics (e.g., campaign performance summaries, social metrics, event results) as needed.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies when required (designers, event organizers, printers, etc.).
