Salesforce Admin
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.




Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
Configure Salesforce using declarative tools, including flows, validation rules, and page layouts.
Support data management activities, including data imports, cleansing, and reporting.
Create and execute UAT test scripts and participate in Agile ceremonies.
Qualifications
2 years of Salesforce CRM experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (nice to have)
Knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, flows, Lightning Experience, and reports.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
