BIM Modeler (Electrical) – Remote

At BIMMEX, we are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler (Electrical) to join our team and support international projects focused on Electrical systems.

This role involves high-quality BIM modeling, coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration for U.S.-based construction projects.

We are looking for professionals with strong technical knowledge, autonomy, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Model electrical systems using Revit MEP.
Create layouts for cable trays, conduits, lighting, and electrical equipment.
Participate in BIM coordination and clash detection.
Review models and resolve design conflicts.
Deliver coordinated models that meet project standards and LOD requirements.

Mandatory Requirements
Advanced English (spoken and written).
2+ years of experience in BIM Electrical Modeling.




Strong experience with Autodesk Revit MEP.
Experience modeling electrical systems at LOD 300+.
Experience with Navisworks for coordination and clash detection.
Understanding of BIM coordination workflows.

Nice to Have
Experience with U.S.-based projects.
Knowledge of U.S. construction standards.
Experience with ACC / BIM 360.
Experience with LOD 400 modeling.
