About the Role
Dematic is looking for an experienced IT Procurement Specialist to join our Integral Procurement organization.
In this role, you will lead sourcing initiatives across IT categories including enterprise software, SaaS solutions, cloud services, network infrastructure, telecommunications, hardware, and professional IT services. You will partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and global suppliers to deliver strategic value, cost optimization, supplier innovation, and risk mitigation.

What You'll Do
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT and Technology categories.
Lead competitive sourcing events including RFI, RFP and RFQ processes.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, software licensing models, service agreements and supplier contracts.
Manage supplier relationships and drive supplier performance improvements.
Partner with IT, Finance,



Legal and Business stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
Conduct market intelligence, benchmarking and spend analysis to identify savings opportunities.
Support contract lifecycle management, including MSA, SOW, NDA, renewals and service agreements.
Participate in regional and global procurement initiatives.
Contribute to supplier innovation, risk management and continuous improvement projects.
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
5+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Category Management.
Experience managing one or more of the following categories:
Software Licensing
SaaS
Cloud Services
IT Infrastructure
Telecommunications
Hardware
Professional Services
Experience leading supplier negotiations and sourcing projects.
Experience with vendor management and contract administration.
Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-f
