The GSE Responsable Ensure the operational readiness and efficiency of the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) fleet through the implementation of rigorous standards, maintenance scheduling, and compliance with technical specifications. This includes overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance processes and managing resources to optimize equipment reliability and operational safety.

Supervise ground operations and passenger services, ensuring maximum efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction through the implementation of innovative processes and effective management of the team and all available resources.



Ensure compliance with the airline’s operational standards and contribute to the achievement of its strategic objectives.

Your Deliverables Will Include

Ensure that all Ground Support Equipment (GSE) is in optimal operating condition to prevent delays and ensure operational safety.
Maintain rigorous and systematic control over corrective maintenance services, preventive maintenance schedules, and daily equipment inspections.
Ensure that all equipment used in Viva’s operations complies with the technical specifications required by the aircraft manufacturer.
Review and verify that any new or replacement equipment complies with the required technical specifications whenever there are fleet changes or new equipment is incorporated.
Work closely with other departments, such as Operations and Logistics, to ensure effective communication and an integrated operation.
