About Us:
At Texas Counseling Center, we are dedicated to providing high-quality mental health and forensic evaluation services. We are looking for an empathetic, highly organized, and proactive Bilingual Care Coordinator based in Mexico to join our team remotely.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through their intake process, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience with our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Intake & Onboarding: Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages from prospective clients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
Scheduling & Calendar Management: Efficiently manage clinicians’ calendars, scheduling initial consultations, therapy sessions, and follow-up appointments.
Insurance & Payment Handling: Collect billing information, process payments, and verify client documentation.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate client records in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, manage reminders, and follow up on missed appointments.
Customer Service:



Address client inquiries promptly and resolve scheduling conflicts or administrative issues effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Location: Must be residing in Mexico (Fully Remote position).
Language Skills: 100% Fluent in English and Spanish (C1/C2 level) — Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages are required.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or Patient Coordination (experience in U.S. healthcare or mental health clinics is a major plus).
Technical Setup: High-speed, reliable internet connection, a quiet home-office setup, and a computer with a headset.
Skills: High level of empathy, attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and familiarity with EHR/CRM systems or scheduling platforms.
Soft Skills: Ability to handle sensitive client situations with confidentiality, emotional maturity, and patience.
