About The Role

As a Consulting Manager, you will make an impact by leading transformation management and organisational change management initiatives for clients undergoing large-scale SAP transformation. You will be a valued member of the Transformation Management team and work collaboratively with practice leaders, client stakeholders, general delivery teams, and senior executives.

This role is ideal for a consulting professional with strong SAP S/4HANA OCM experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment, who can lead stakeholders through complex business and technology change.

In This Role, You Will





Lead and deliver transformation management and organisational change management projects for clients.
Define change roadmaps, including KPIs, milestones, adoption metrics, and corrective actions to support successful implementation.
Support SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementation programmes, including global rollouts and full lifecycle transformation initiatives.
Partner with client communications leads to establish communication governance, 30-60-90-day plans, stakeholder mapping, channel strategy, message cadence, and key messaging.
Drive stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, resistance management, training readiness, and adoption planning.
Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of transformation projects.
Support account expansion and executive stakeholder engagement by understanding client priorities, emerging market trends, business direction, and
