Job Title: Licensing Coordinator
Job Summary: The Licensing Team is responsible for creating and executing a range of activities, including (but not limited to) Product Licensing, Retail/Trade Marketing for Licensed Products, and Brand Partnership Promotions to increase the visibility of the Pokémon brand across the globe.
Within this team,



this role will be responsible for developing Pokémon licensed products to ensure a strong presence at retail across several markets – working alongside the Consumer Product Approval (CPA) and Retail Marketing Team.
In conjunction with growing and managing the Pokémon licensing program in the region, the role will also be responsible for initiating relevant retail marketing programs and brand partnerships that support the full range of Pokémon products.

What you’ll do
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing licensees for all categories.
Manage contract negotiation with existing and new licensees.
Engage effectively with the CPA team on product development, including range planning, brainstorms and development to create relevant products for Buyers and End-consumers in the territory.
Lead conception of additional creative assets (e.g., mock-ups) with external agencies
Establish strong working relationships with the London (e.g., Legal, Retail Marketing, etc.) and Seattle-based teams (CPA
