Requirements
- Bachelor’sdegreeinhumanresources,BusinessAdministration,orrelatedfield(required).
- Master’sdegreeorHRcertification(plus).
- Minimumof8+yearsofprogressiveHRexperience,includingstrategicHRleadership
- ProvenexperienceasanHRBusinessPartnerorHRManagerindynamicenvironments
- AdvancedEnglish(B2+orhigher)
- Data-drivenmindsetwithexperienceinHRanalytics
- DigitalHRmindset(experiencewithHRIS,automation,orpeopleanalyticstools)
