In this role, you’ll help shape how we deliver high quality audiovisual support for Nasdaq Events by centralizing communication, streamlining project workflows, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams and external partners. If you enjoy working across teams, managing complex logistics, and supporting events that have general impact, this role is for you.What You’ll Do• Manage and maintain Monday.com boards to track, prioritize, and organize AV event projects. • Serve as the main liaison between the AV team and external vendors, ensuring accurate and timely project information. • Join client AV calls, capture detailed requirements,



and translate them into clear action items for the AV team. • Bridge communication between the AV, Events, and other internal departments to ensure alignment and project success. • Support on‑time, on‑budget delivery of all AV projects by maintaining strong communication channels and organized workflows.What You’ll Bring• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. • 4+ years of experience in the events industry, ideally in a corporate environment. • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and comfort working with cross‑functional teams. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CMS platforms, and Monday.com; ability to learn new technologies quickly.Nice to Have• Experience working with AV technologies or supporting AV operations. • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP). • Experience working
