Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Coordinador de Capacitación.

Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.

What You’ll Do

PRIMARY FUNCTION
- Detect, plan and coordinate the training sessions, according to the Master Training Plan and training needs, complying with the guidelines of the organization.

Essential Functions
- Detection of the Training Needs at Plant, Department, Function level, Development Plans requirements & Customer requirements.




- Build up the Master Training Plan and specific matrix area according with the Training Plan Needs and Budget.
- Responsible of the Onboarding Process and specific staff onboarding.
- Design and develop training programs, in order to comply with the Master Training Plan.
- Responsible of external training.
- Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information.
- Conduct organization wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed in the Training Plan.
- Design and prepare educational aids and materials.
- Assess effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with matter experts regarding to the training topics.
- Maintain updated the training records.
- Comply with Training Mandatories on time.
- Provide train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.
