Accountable for fostering a safety culture through training, supervision, coaching, and encouraging high levels of employee participation and accountability.

Responsible for the compliance of all Mexican safety regulations for the site in coordination with the MASS team and all the Casa Herradura Team,



aiming to reduce the safety incidents by controlling the risk fee of IMSS.
