A Day in the Life
We are seeking a talented and driven Capital PM Specialist to support critical capital investments across Engineering and Operations. In this role, you will provide financial analysis, planning, reporting, and governance support to help ensure capital projects are executed successfully, aligned with business objectives, and compliant with corporate standards. This position plays an important role throughout the full project lifecycle, from kick-off and launch through qualification and implementation, and is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, business acumen,



and experience working cross-functionally in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for key business processes.
- Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
- Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
- Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
