Requirements
- Workday Financials Certification (Required)
- Fluent in English (Required)
- 1+ years experience implementing Workday Financials configurations for customers of all sizes, increasing in complexity (Required)
- 1+ years experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing Workday Financials solutions (Required)
- Proficiency with general ledger, budgeting, cash management, grant management, chart of accounts redesign, procure‑to‑pay, purchase order conversions, expense management, fixed asset management, and/or order‑to‑cash (Required)
- B1/B2 travel visa (Strongly Preferred)
- CPA certification (Preferred)
- Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration




- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and coworkers, building confidence and trust
- Good problem‑solving skills with the ability to consider alternative perspectives

- Work directly with clients to implement Workday Financials technology solutions of increasing complexity.
- Deliver high‑quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet evolving business needs.
- Define, build, and implement financial processes and structures aligned with client objectives, enhancing user experience and value.
- Actively participate in internal training updates and share learnings with colleagues.
- Manage a team of consultants, guiding their development and handling escalations (Manager Level).
