USI Mexico is looking for an experienced and results-driven Process Coordinator to join our growing team. If you are passionate about manufacturing excellence, process optimization, and team leadership within the electronics industry, we would love to hear from you.

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry, with strong expertise in:
- SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processes
- Back-End (BKN) manufacturing processes
- High-volume electronic manufacturing environments

Proven experience in:
- Leading and developing engineering and production teams
- Process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
- Managing and monitoring production KPIs
- Cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Knowledge of:
- Lean Manufacturing
- Six Sigma methodologies
- PFMEA, Control Plans, and SPC




- Process validation and continuous improvement tools
- Coordinate and optimize SMT and Back-End manufacturing processes.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve productivity, quality, and cost targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiency projects.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational requirements.
- Analyze process performance and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support new product introductions and process qualifications.
