Health Safety Security Manager

Job Description:

As the Health Safety Security Environment and Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading our organization in the development and implementation of policies and practices that ensure the safety and well‑being of our employees, as well as the protection of our environment. You will work closely with senior leadership to set and achieve corporate safety and environmental objectives, and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the company in the development and implementation of safety and environmental objectives.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees, as well as the protection of the environment.
- Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve corporate safety and environmental objectives.
- Compliance:



Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations and standards.
- Training: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on safety and environmental best practices.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential safety and environmental risks within the organization.
- Quality Management: Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure the highest standards of safety and environmental protection.
- Develop and implement department’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and monitor and report on the approved KPIs. Where KPIs are not met, initiatives of immediate corrective actions to restore performance to acceptable levels.
- Monitors HSSE statistics and ensures consistently high levels of compliance.
