About The Role

Key Responsibilities




- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of CRM integrations from strategy and design through deployment and retirement.
- Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business and technology objectives .
- Own and prioritize the integrations backlog to maximize business value and customer impact.
- Partner with Business Product Owners to define user stories focused on integration and data outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions across complex technology landscapes.
- Design and validate end-to- end data flows between CRM and external enterprise systems.
- Drive simplification of system architecture by reducing unnecessary integrations and technical complexity.
- Promote standardized, reusable integration patterns that support scalability and long-term sustainability.
