We are currently looking for a Team Lead (Full Stack) to lead a distributed engineering team delivering enterprise-grade applications and cloud-native solutions across general environments.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader passionate about modern full-stack development, Agile delivery, DevOps, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.

What You’ll Do

Full-Stack Engineering
- Design, develop, test, and support scalable full-stack applications using:
- Java/J2EE
- Spring MVC / REST APIs
- Groovy
- React or Angular
- TypeScript




- Build high-performance APIs and distributed microservices
- Develop reusable UI components and modern front-end architectures
- Improve platform performance, scalability, and maintainability

Technical Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of Software Developers and QA Automation Engineers
- Drive code quality, engineering standards, and delivery predictability
- Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and technical coaching sessions
- Support sprint planning, capacity management, and backlog prioritization
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing engineering culture

AI-Driven Engineering Practices
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and M365 Copilot
- Implement agent-mode workflows to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and refactoring
- Apply AI-driven insights to improve code quality, testing coverage, and PR review cycles
