Position Summary

We are seeking an OEM Territory Manager — Thermal Management & Life Sciences to develop, manage, and grow strategic OEM accounts across high-value technical markets, including Thermal Management, industrial refrigeration,



Life Sciences, medical equipment, and related industrial technologies. This role is ideal for a consultative, growth‑minded technical sales professional who can build trusted relationships with OEM engineers, procurement, quality, operations, and leadership teams. You will identify new applications, support design‑in opportunities, align customer needs with Parker’s broad product and engineering capabilities, and drive profitable growth through high‑impact customer solutions.
