Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you will make an impact




- You will execute quality assurance processes throughout the product lifecycle to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards, will manage product regulatory requirements and customer quality expectations, ensuring clear communication and integration into factory processes.
- You will proactively identify, manage, and mitigate product and process quality risks using systematic approaches like Failure Modes and Effects Analysis and will design and implement standardized processes and quality systems to prevent errors and enhance product quality.
- You will lead the investigation and resolution of quality issues through structured problem‑solving and corrective actions also contribute to audits, inspections, and verifications to ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards.
