About The Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing end-to-end recruiting activities to attract, assess, and hire top talent aligned with business needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to ensure efficient,



high-quality recruitment processes while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
This position plays a key role in driving hiring strategies, supporting employer branding initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement in Talent Acquisition practices across the organization.
This role is 100% on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define effective hiring strategies
- Ensuring timely fulfillment of open positions aligned with business priorities
- Utilizing ATS tools (Workday preferred) to manage pipelines and track candidate progress
- Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Supporting employer branding activities such as job fairs and campus initi
