Responsabilities.

Business Transformation & Growth Enablement




- Support delivery of business transformation initiatives that improve scalability, speed, and service effectiveness
- Partner with Operations and functional teams to redesign processes that enable growth and operational leverage
- Translate ideas and strategic priorities into actionable pilots and transformation initiatives
- Support identification, intake, and shaping of innovation opportunities (process, service, automation, digital)
- Coordinate and support pilots and proof-of-concepts, working closely with CI and Automation teams
- Track pilot outcomes, lessons learned, and business impact to inform scaling decisions
- Promote a mindset of continuous improvement, experimentation, and learning

Transformation Execution & Initiative Management
- Manage execution of assigned transformation initiatives from concept to delivery
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across active initiatives
