Are you passionate about treasury operations, banking management, and process optimization? Join our team in Mexico City as a Treasury Coordinator, where you will play a key role in driving the efficiency and reliability of our financial operations. In this position, you will manage daily treasury activities, strengthen banking relationships, and oversee payment processes, all while contributing to the continuous improvement and digital transformation of our finance function.

How You'll Make An Impact




- Manage and optimize mass payment processes through local banking platforms, including the automated distribution of payment confirmations to suppliers.
- Coordinate banking requirements related to account setup, renewals, and documentation with clients, suppliers, and financial institutions.
- Maintain banking user access, onboarding and offboarding activities, permissions management, and token administration.
- Execute treasury operations, including payroll, supplier payments in multiple currencies, tax payments, employee advances, and customs tax account funding (PECE).
- Process, reconcile, archive, and manage payments for corporate credit cards, both physical and virtual.
- Record and monitor bank loans and credit facilities, including term loans and revolving credit lines.
- Manage banking relationships, account openings, and the identification of banking products and opportunities available in the market.
