What will you do:
- Lead industrial projects across the full project lifecycle, from planning through implementation and launch
- Coordinate program vendor activities, including design, tooling, equipment, and parts suppliers to ensure optimal cost, delivery, and quality targets
- Drivenew product introduction (NPI)activities, ensuring smooth transition from development to industrialization and operational readiness
- Coordinate cross-functional teams involved innew product development, including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and business stakeholders
- Manage the introduction ofnew offers, ensuring alignment between product, operations, and market needs
- Monitor and drive project performance related to timeline, quality, cost, and execution risks




- Lead problem-solving and decision-making across complex project environments
- Manage, coach, and support team members, fostering performance, engagement, and capability development
- Provide clear status updates and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders
- Anticipate project risks and develop mitigation plans to protect delivery and business outcomes
