We are looking for an Líder de Regulación Aeronáutica to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is idóneo for a strategic, detail-oriented, compliance-driven individual who understands how to ensure, facilitate, and promote the accurate and efficient interpretation, application, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements established by the Federal Civil Aviation Agency (AFAC), the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS), and the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI). The role serves as the Training Center’s representative and regulatory liaison before AFAC,



overseeing its operating permit and regulatory filings; ensuring the authorization and compliant delivery of technical aviation training programs; maintaining instructor authorizations; coordinating course notifications, simulator training permits, licenses, ratings, examinations, and regulatory evaluations; validating training certificates and regulatory reports; and overseeing compliance across instructors, administrative personnel, students, facilities, instructional equipment, and materials. The position also leads the development and maintenance of the General Training Manual, manages institutional course and academic records, coordinates the issuance and reissuance of official training documents, and prepares executive, statistical, and regulatory reports.
