The Chief Data Office is driving Fitch’s data transformation, building modern, scalable, and trusted data solutions that make innovation and smarter ways of working possible across the organization. The MDM (Master Data Management) squad plays an important role in this journey by improving the quality and reliability of Fitch master data, increasing automation through third‑party data providers, and helping modernize legacy master data processes and solutions. - Conduct entity data surveillance through research, validation, and accurate entry into MDM systems to ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability.
- Interpret and use third‑party data sources to support the mastering of entity and security data.
- Support stakeholders by managing and responding to data‑related requests through established channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and service‑oriented resolution.
