Responsabilidades

80% • Project Management of Trade Shows, Events, and Sponsorships
- Project manage trade shows, events, and sponsorships to support MSA’s business goals and marketing strategy in all LAR region (80% of role).
- Lead day‑to‑day management of trade show logistics, including:
- Coordinating planning meetings and developing timelines.
- Managing vendor relationships with event organizers, hotels, convention centers, stand builders, and organizations.




- Managing shipping and set‑up of booth properties and products.
- Managing corporate booth properties and products used for tradeshows.
- Selecting and coordinating efforts with vendors.
- Managing Lead Retrieval System.
- Coordinating show registration for all MSA attendees.
- Booking hotel accommodations for MSA guests and attendees.
- Researching, selecting, and overseeing production of promotional items (e.g., staff shirts, giveaways).
- Managing schedule, staffing, and fielding questions.
- Communicating plans, updates, and progress to booth team and show attendees.
- Managing budget, including pre‑ and post‑show reports.
- Developing pre‑event training agendas for event workers, working cross‑functionally to create training content.
- Attending events as required to support with event setup, execution, and wrap‑up, acting as the main point of contact for all other MSA attendees.
