Objective of the position
Operational support working closely with TP/G4 Front Office Buyers. Always working within Procurement Guidelines procedures to ensure the best competitive options for the company.
Indispensable Requirements




- Preferred experience/knowledge of automotive industry with preference in Purchasing area.
- Experience working with international teams and cross-functional teams is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Access, etc) interpretation/understanding of technical drawings/specs.
- Year of related experience; Minimum one (1) year experience is preferred, with purchasing processes.
- English level: B2.
- Spanish level: C1.
- Soft Skills: Análisis y solución de problemas; Planeación y organización; Pensamiento estratégico; Comunicación Eficaz.
- Academic Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Supply and Logistics Management or Business Administration; OR an associate's degree.

- Support buyers with Requisitions, RfQs, Quote comparisons, contract creation for new parts, ANP or Raw Material updates, and documentation in relevant systems.
