THE OPPORTUNITY
- Ensure the supply of potato raw materials according to business volume requirements, guaranteeing the highest quality standards, timely delivery, and optimal cost efficiency.




- Lead the planning and execution of the medium- and long-term agricultural strategy to secure supply, strengthening current production regions, developing new suppliers and growing areas, and continuing to enhance the seed reproduction program.
- Drive and strengthen the implementation of the digitalization agenda across agricultural operations and supply chain processes.
- Develop, manage, and ensure compliance with key budgets and plans, including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for raw material procurement, MOH operating expenses, and administrative budgets.
- Develop strategic supplier partnerships, promote the introduction of new potato profiles and varieties, and ensure long-term supply continuity and sustainable growth.
- Evaluate and analyze end-to-end (E2E) processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, cost savings, productivity gains, and overall business value creation.
