About The Role

Are you a detail-oriented Quality professional passionate about protecting product integrity and elevating the customer experience? As our Consumer Complaints Analyst, you will lead and coordinate all activities related to consumer complaint investigations, sample testing, and quality trend analysis. Operating in a highly regulated environment,



you will manage physical sample inspections, support product releases across global markets (North America, Euro-Asia, LATAM), and ensure strict compliance with international regulatory bodies (FDA, COFEPRIS, Kosher). Core Responsibilities
- Complaint Investigation & Management: Establish and oversee the end-to-end consumer complaint system, including sample intake, packaging inspection, physical testing, root-cause investigation, and trend reporting.
- Regulatory & Audit Compliance: Drive adherence to internal and external audit standards, product recalls, batch traceability, change control systems, and regulatory listings (e.g., FDA and NDC registration for US exports).
- Integral Product Release: Coordinate quality documentation and authorization
