Role Overview
Collins Aerospace is seeking a Procurement Professional to manage the Procure-to-Pay process for indirect materials, ensuring timely and efficient purchasing activities supporting operational requirements and supply chain objectives.
What You Will Do
- Execute procurement processes, including RFP preparation, supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and purchase order management, to align with organizational objectives.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding order status, changes, or cancellations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and timely communication.
- Manage sourcing activities to procure goods, materials, supplies, and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and securing favorable terms.
- Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance, resolving issues related to delays, shortages, or quality to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Prepare and analyze price proposals, financial reports, and procurement data to support cost optimization and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
- University Degree in Business Administration,



International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP procurement software or similar ERP systems such as Oracle, Epicor, People Soft, APEX or PRISM.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing end-to-end procurement processes, including RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract oversight.
- Advanced proficiency in English.

- Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
- Experience analyzing supplier performance, ensuring contract compliance, and resolving delivery issues.
- Experience with SAP (procurement functions, MRP, Business Warehouse, or Business Objects).
- Familiarity with Lean principles and their application in procurement and supply chain processes.
