Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Sourcing or related work experience.
- Associate's degree and 4+ years of Sourcing or related work experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Sourcing or related work experience.
- Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Responsibilities
- Align RFQ submissions with long‑term sourcing strategies for semiconductor assembly, bump, substrates, and passive components.
- Lead end-to-end RFQ/RFI/RFP processes, including supplier engagement,



deep dive quote analysis to assess competitiveness, consistency, and cost drivers across all RFQ submissions.
- Manage supplier relationships and drive performance improvements in technology alignment, cost, quality, and capacity.
- Partner with package engineering, program management, and NPI teams to influence design and optimize total cost of ownership (TCO).
- Drive cost‑reduction initiatives and supplier negotiations.
- Perform industry benchmarking and competitive analysis to build strategic supplier relationships.
- Perform detailed cost analysis and should‑cost modeling to support sourcing decisions.
- Develop tools (Excel / Scripts / Macros) to automate data extraction from the database and standardize calculations.
- Ensure RFQ quote analysis is performed using validated data sources by leveraging expertise in enterprise systems such as Oracle.
