Eaton’s Residential Wiring Devices division is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager. This position is onsite. Relocation within Mexico is available.

Job Summary

Support the plant in meeting customer expectations by developing & administering HR policies, processes, & programs. Administer the general HR policies in reference to compensation, employee relations, recruiting, talent development, talent acquisition and community services. Manages the human resources function in Monterrey, Mexico with a strong emphasis in establishing and improving key HR systems and processes necessary to support growth.

Job Responsibilities

You will provide strategic and operational leadership for the HR function for the manufacturing team in the Monterrey, MX operation. As an integral part of the site leadership team you will identify, develop and deploy business-driven HR strategies designed to attract, manage, develop, motivate and retain talent while creating a high-performance, sustainable organization capable of achieving the business objectives and action plans.

Essential Functions




- Manage the authorized profit plan for the department with regards to monthly expenses, budget and account management.
- Administer and support the inclusion and diversity, talent development and talent acquisition. With the help of the Staff work to improve employee engagement and adding value to our community to be part of it.
- Represent the organization for all legal and governmental activities when required working closely with company attorney.
- Supervises the maintenance of the human resources information systems to ensure data integrity and alignments with the Mexican and US HRI systems.
- Provides guidance to senior management in the implication of changes in management policies or programs, organization of economic or market trends, product or production method changes.
- Support environmental policy ISO14001 and quality policy ISO9000 to comply with the established procedures.
