What you will be doing:
- Provide operational support to order processing or licensing activities
- Enter data in a variety of CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce and ServiceNow / EpicCare)
- Uphold company policies and procedures related to the quote-to-order workflow
- Manage issue intake processes to respond to internal (e.g., sales) and external (e.g., customer) requests related to quoting, order management, and licensing
- Operate license order fulfillment processes by following predefined procedures, using different licensing tools
- Handle assigned quoting, order management, and licensing related issues in a service management system
- Understand and follow policies, processes and procedures associated with assigned areas of responsibility
- Assist with issues and collaborate across peer organizations
- Perform other operations duties as assigned

- Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to work extended hours during high-volume peak periods (especially end of quarters)
- Ability to perform in a fast paced,



multi-tasking environment
- Ability to handle high transactional volume, and repetitive administrative tasks
- Ability to deliver quality results while under time constraints
- Ability to collaborate with customers, and peers to solve issues
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
