We are looking for a Team Leader / Supervisor / Content Moderation Lead to join our Trust & Safety operations in Guadalajara, where you will guide a team responsible for maintaining safe, high-quality online platforms for users worldwide.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Content Moderators / Content Analysts / Trust & Safety Specialists
- Monitor performance based on KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and development plans for team members
- Ensure correct application of community guidelines and content policies
- Manage escalations, complex cases, and sensitive content decisions
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA), Policy, and Operations teams
- Analyze trends, identify performance gaps, and drive continuous improvement
- Foster a positive team environment focused on engagement and retention





What we’re looking for
- Experience in Content Moderation / Trust & Safety / Content Review environments
- Previous experience as Team Leader or Supervisor Internal or General Use o Senior Content Moderator (with mentoring responsibilities).

- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Experience managing performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs, quality)
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume operations
- Strong communication skills (English preferred)
- High attention to detail and strong judgment

Nice to have
- Experience in digital platforms, social media, or user-generated content environments
- Exposure to QA, compliance, or policy enforcement processes
- Experience handling escalations or sensitive content scenarios
- Familiarity with reporting tools, dashboards, or operational metrics
