Senior Analyst
Role and Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day processing of general accounting transactions, managing and billing out the GBS site expenses/budgets/forecasts, ensuring accuracy in entries,
while compiling financial reports and analysis.
Accountabilities
- Responsible for tracking and billing all the GBS site costs across the global Copeland organization while also creating annual budgets and updating quarterly forecasts for spending.
- Oversee daily financial data entry in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and post journal entries and manage general ledger account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
- Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring all financial activities are accurately captured.
- Prepare detailed financial data for management review and facilitate necessary adjustments.
- Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts, providing insightful variance analysis and reports that deliver actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- Review and present financial reports to ensure compliance with accounting standards
