Our client, a world-class manufacturing company, is seeking a Sr. Automation & Robotics Manager within the metal-mechanic industry. This leadership role is responsible for directing and managing the Automation and Controls department, ensuring the successful implementation of high-impact automation projects across multiple manufacturing lines and locations. The adecuado candidate will provide technical guidance across engineering disciplines, collaborate on cross-functional projects (including remote sites),
and continuously identify and integrate emerging technologies to improve productivity and process reliability.
This position requires strong technical expertise, team leadership, and a passion for innovation in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Note: This position is available only under Mexican payroll.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing engineering or automation teams in an industrial manufacturing setting
• At least 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Automation, Controls Engineering, or Robotics integration
• Experience in high-volume, precision manufacturing environments is highly valued
