The Field Service System Administrator is responsible for the on-site implementation, commissioning, and maintenance of Instrumentation & Control (I&C;) systems within industrial environments such as power plants and refineries. This role is critical to ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of client facilities by providing expert technical support and system management. The position requires extensive travel and the ability to work effectively in challenging field conditions. The core responsibilities include hands-on administration of networks and control systems, primarily focusing on the T3000 platform. This involves commissioning new systems, performing software and hardware updates, executing system backups, and managing network infrastructure like switches, routers, and firewalls.



The administrator will also be tasked with troubleshooting and resolving complex system faults to minimize operational downtime and maintain system integrity. The idóneo candidate will possess a strong technical foundation in control engineering, industrial networking, and cybersecurity principles. They must be capable of working autonomously to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with on-site teams and ensuring compliance with all EHS and quality management protocols.
