maintenance and addition of facilities (building, equipment and services), in compliance to operations and customer requirements, applicable regulations (municipal, state, and federal), applicable environmental standards, and company policies. Supervises and administrates resources and activities associated with facilities, machine tool shop, and tool crib.* Responsible for the safe and cost effective operation of janitorial services to reflect a world class image (clean and 5S organized) of all facilities and general office areas.* Responsible for the safe and cost effective operation, maintenance and addition of the machine tool shop. Ensure benchmark competitive cost and quality in the fabrication of fixtures, production tools, and component reworks.
