JOB SUMMARY

The Quality Manager will lead the quality strategy and Quality Management System at our Ciudad Juárez manufacturing operation.





This position is responsible for ensuring product and process compliance, meeting customer, regulatory, and certification requirements, and driving a culture of prevention, accountability, structured problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

The Quality Manager will serve as the voice of the customer, lead the Quality team, and work closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, corporate teams, customers, and suppliers to strengthen quality performance and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
- Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and customer‑specific requirements.
- Establish quality objectives, KPIs, priorities, and action plans aligned with business and customer expectations.
