This role serves as both the architect and driver of the courier structure, designing and implementing diversified courier models tailored to different business phases and courier needs, thereby maximizing user experience and courier retention.

- Conduct in‑depth analysis of business strategy, market trends, and the courier ecosystem to understand evolving supply structure needs across different business phases (e.g., growth, maturity, new market expansion).
